Step right up, ladies and gentlemen! The Bootstrappers are opening up the Hookah Bar stage just for you! Join us Thursday, July 22nd for Stardust: an "open stage" burlesque and dance party. Put on your pasties and strut your stuff! Enter the David Bowie contest for a chance to win prizes! All talent levels welcome!

Rules

Sign up begins at 8 PM, show begins at 9:30. All participants must have music on a cd and be ready to perform by 9:30. All acts and contest entries are subject to approval. No nudity allowed on stage.  Females must always wear at least g-string and pasties. Males must wear at least a g-string at all times. No murkins. Fire and aerial performances will not be allowed. 

David Bowie Contest

Let Ziggy Stardust be your guide! Let 'the man who sold the world' bring you some inspiration! All David Bowie inspired acts will be entered into the contest. Prizes awarded for the top choices!

Bootstraps Burlesque is now auditioning for permanent cast members. We are seeking dancers, singers, and circus arts/vaudeville performers. Formal training and experience is preferred, but all applicants will offered an audition opportunity.

This casting is for full time members, male or female. Applicants must be dedicated and committed to performing and traveling on a full time basis, must be able to meet all attendance and financial requirements, and, of course, must be okay with and exhibit professional behavior concerning the baring of flesh.

The Bootstrappers have some exciting events coming up in the month of June. Join us June 12th and 13th for the first annual Ashvegas Blues Festival. The Glittering Dolls have saucy acts planned for both days, so do yourself a favor and buy a two-day pass!
